Quality Control and Inspection Procedures

Normally our QA team will follow AQL 4.0 point system in fabric and AQL Level 2.5 inspection method in garments. We can also follow any inspection methods required by customers.

Our quality control and inspection procedure includes the following steps:

-- Our merchandising team checks all the fabrics/accessories to ensure that quality/color etc conforms to the order / style.

-- Our QA team goes down to factory to check machines’ conditions, the grey fabrics as well as the dyestuffs to make sure the standard in chemical performance of fabric or garments.

-- The Merchandising member checks the pre-production sample for color, patterns etc to approve for bulk production.

 -- After getting the approval from QA manager for final production, our QA team will go for inline inspection performed on daily basis.

 -- During production, we check the color matching and fastness, physical performance, chemical safety, fabric defects, packing material, shipping marks, assortments, presentation etc.

 --If the final result is acceptable then, we approve for the shipment.
